3. Customer Responsibilities
- Customers are responsible for checking all garments before submitting them for cleaning.
- We do not accept liability for:
- Pre-existing damage (e.g., tears, loose buttons, fading).
- Items without care labels or with incorrect/unclear care instructions.
- Colour loss, shrinkage, or damage resulting from manufacturer’s faulty materials.
- Customers must collect their items within 90 days of the agreed collection date. Items left beyond this period may be donated or disposed of.
4. Liability
- While we take the utmost care with all items, our liability is limited to the value of the item, assessed on a “fair wear and tear” basis, and not the original purchase price.
- In case of loss or damage, compensation shall not exceed 5 times the cleaning charge of the item, unless otherwise agreed.
5. Payments
- Payment must be made in full before or at the time of collection of items.

- If you are dissatisfied with the service, please notify us within 48 hours of collection or delivery. We may offer a re-clean at no additional cost, at our discretion.
